Peggy Pacella founded M.A.P. after a 25-year career in the corporate world so that she could deliver her technical skills unencumbered—according to what she knew was best. As she developed the business, she put together an expert group of certified professionals who complement her own expertise and guidance. "While the CIO at Clark Group, I had the opportunity to hire Peg Pacella and her team at MAP Consulting as strategic and technical consultants. The Clark aging AS400 platform was several versions out of date, the code originated with System 36 and had not been updated, there were at least 30 SOX issues, no redundancy, and we had only weeks to right the ship as the company was in turn around with a new owner. Peg brought the platform up to date and brought up a redundant platform with no additional capital. Her relationships with Microsoft and IBM saved us time and money in getting the new iBlades implemented, automating the vast majority of the code analysis and revisions.
